Mulled Wine  ....................................................................

Sangria  .............................................................................

One of the most commonly ordered types of wine, and for good reason! Our selection of deep red wines range from the dry and complex to the sweet and fruity.

DRY / OFF-DRY :  Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz.

SWEET / SEMI-SWEET :  Red Moscato, Marsala, Port.

Another exceedingly common choice, the paler cousins of our red wine selection certainly do not pale in comparison of flavorfulness or varieties and styles offered!

DRY / OFF-DRY :  Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc.

SWEET / SEMI-SWEET :  Moscato, Chenin Blanc.

These wines are perhaps not as well-known as the Reds and Whites, though they are quickly growing in popularity. It's not hard to see where their name comes from, with the same pink hues as a blushing maid's cheeks and every onze as sweet (or semi-sweet).

VARIETALS :  Pink Moscato, White Zinfandel, White Merlot.

Rather than grapes, these wines are made from other fruits. Given how many bloody fruits there are in the world, the possibilities are endless -- but to save money on the menu printing, we just picked a handful of our favorites to offer to you.

TYPES :  Pixie Plum, Rolanberry, Blood Currant, Brambleberry, Cherry.

Loaded with bubbly effervescence, these wines are perfect for celebrations and toasts! We offer varieties of sparkling wine from dry to sweet to suit a range of palates! We would hate to leave anyone out of the festivities, after all.

VARIETALS :  Champagne (White & Rosé), Prosecco, Sparkling Shiraz.

The Chest might be located smack dab in the middle of a desert, but it certainly doesn't make this warming Coerthan classic taste any less delightful! We take semi-sweet red wine and warm it over low heat with Shroud honey, orange, clove, star anise, and whole sticks of cinnamon for a drink as comforting to sip as it is pretty to look at!

An extra fruity take on a standard glass of wine! Offered in three varieties, each with its own unique variety of fruits and a splash of bubbly effervescent water, these are a perfect option if you're looking for something refreshing with an extra kick!

RED SANGRIA :  Red wine with lemon, lime, and orange.

WHITE SANGRIA :  White wine with lemon, green apple, and pear.
ROSÉ SANGRIA :  Rosé with lemon, rolanberry, and wardenberry.

Gully Red  .........................................................................

Weitzbhir  ..........................................................................

Dense fruitiness reminiscent of raisins or plums, perked up with a whole lot of carbonation and rounded out with a peppery yeast flavor. This brew is lovely on its own but truly shines as a complement to rich and hearty meals.

Ahtzaanka Doesbhir 7.5% )

A doesbhir’s burly big brother, featuring bright and fruity notes such as apple, pear, and citrus. Pale in color but assertive in flavor, its best match can be found alongside fried foods or decadent desserts.

58° and Sunny  ( 10% )
Navigator's Veil Exotic Craft Brews;  Lower La Noscea.

While certainly an acquired taste, the spontaneous nature of the Hyur’s Lambic fermentation process creates a bold and completely unique brew that feels smooth and buttery in the mouth with flavorful notes of sour lemon and other sweet citrus fruits.
