Whether served baked to perfection or fried to a golden brown to lock in their flavor, our apkallu wings are the perfect complement to any ale and an even better appetizer to share with a table full of hungry hunters!

 

Available in Plain, Mild, Hot, Garlic, Sweet & Sour, Sweet Chili, and Flare -- our hottest Blood Pepper sauce, recommended only for those with either an iron stomach or the terrible misfortune to lose a dare!

BAKED MEGALOCRAB DIP

Tender, flakey megalocrab meat and onion are tossed with sour cream, sun lemon juice, and a variety of spices prepared in-house before being topped with cheese and baked to warm perfection. Served with toasted, buttery crackers -- but we won't judge if you just use your fork!

DRAGON PEPPER POPPERS

Massive, succulent dragon peppers are stuffed full of creamy aldgoat cheese to cool off their intense heat. We coat them in seasoned breadcrumbs and fry them in their entirety, then serve them hot to your table along with a cup of our savory, creamy dipping sauce.

SIGNATURE JERKED BEEF

We take thin, tender slices of Lominsan buffalo sirloin and marinate them overnight in a delightfully sweet and spicy bath of honey, garlic, and dragon peppers before allowing them to slowly dry. Our signature jerked beef is a perfect treat to pair with one of our cold, frothy ales or on a long hunt. Ask about ordering bulk batches to go!

AMALJ'AA EGGS

These fresh dodo eggs are hardboiled, halved and hollowed before being stuffed to the brim with a smooth but fiery mixture of yolk, sour cream, a blend of hot spices, and a touch of spicy pepper juice to give them bite! We top each egg off with a thin slice of pepper hot enough to make Ifrit himself sweat!

STUFFED GIL BUNS

Gil bun caps stuffed with a creamy mixture of fresh cheese and carefully picked herbs, then topped with buttery, crispy bread crumbs and baked to golden perfection. We would be willing to bet that you can't eat just one -- which is why we serve them up to you in sets of three or six!

SUN & MOON MIQ'ABOBS

A tried and true classic! We take a small variety of premium meats, seafood, and vegetables -- or even just vegetables if that's your preference! -- and match them together before we skewer and grill them to order! Pick a favorite or mix and match them all as you like!

 

Available in four varieties:  Sun (aldgoat with red and green peppers), Moon (antelope, onion, and mushroom), Sea (tuna, peppers, and onion) and Earth (mushroom, onion, and tomato).

DUNESFOLK PRETZEL BITES

It took us a fortune to pry the secret recipe for these chewy, buttery pretzel bites from the lips of a local Dunesfolk baker -- a fortune as golden as these little treats themselves! After a nice boiling water bath, we coat them with egg wash and coarsely ground sea salt then bake them to the color of our coin! Served with a generous helping of warm, gooey beer cheese dipping sauce, these little nuggets are nothing short of indulgent!

LOAGHTAN SLIDERS

We grind deliciously marbled loaghtan cuts and then pat out small medallions to be dusted with a light coating of salt and pepper. After grilling them until a delicious crust forms and leaves the center juicy, we place them on top of a bed of tender greens and nestle it all between two halves of a soft baked bun. Order with a side of julienned popotos lightly seasoned and baked with a drizzling of oil to make it a meal!
